A custom chrome rear bumper, cargo light, box bed lights, running board lights, tailgate lights, front fog lamps, fender mounted turn signal light indicators and LED headlights, rear fender mounted clearance lights, cab roof lights, sun visor, four side window visors, Dual CB antennas, stainless hood mounted ram head and lettering, roof mounted air horns, custom laser cut stainless front mud flaps, stainless box caps on the sides and a stainless front box cap and a chrome metal tailgate protector, custom inside tailgate release handles with cloth straps.
INTERESTING / IMPORTANT VEHICLE HISTORY AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:The body is a 1977 cab with a 1975 front end sitting on a 1995 Dodge 4 wheel drive suspension with a 5.9 Litre 12 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel and a 5 speed manual transmission. The engine and engine compartment have been detailed to a show quality level with new parts too numerous to list but can be seen in the pictures. The box has been modified to accept a wood floor and sides which was never available in a dodge truck. All of the woodwork on this truck is custom hand built by a cabinet maker and is done in solid oak. Oak running boards and box rails. The rear fenders on this truck are hand built one-of-a-kind custom fenders. Dodge never made rear fenders for the dually back in the 1970s and 1980s, they just used a rubber flap. The fenders have been further customized by adding a 1970 Challenger flip up fuel doors that contain custom decals that read Diesel Fuel Only. The back window decals and Great Red Express decals are custom built for this truck. The hood scoop is a custom built from scratch one-of-a-kind cowl induction scoop. The stainless on the scoop and exhaust stack shields are custom built laser cut pieces. The front bumper is a hand built custom bumper that contains a hidden frame mounted winch.
ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS, ACCESSORIES OR DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED WITH SALE:The drivetrain has 130,000 kilometers on it and has been completely gone through by professional diesel mechanics. The front suspension has all new brakes and new mechanical parts as well as a steering upgrade that prevents the death wobble that these trucks are known for. The rear differential has been upgraded and heavy duty springs have been added to improve handling. There are seven new tires 235-80-17 and the rims are new polished aluminum rims with new chrome center caps. The dash is the 1996 cluster fitted into the 1975 dash housing. The heater and air conditioning system are a hybrid 1996 and 1975 system. The dash also has a 7 inch data screen with a navigation system and backup camera and stereo - Pioneer 7200 N E X series with four - 60 Watt Kenwood speakers, Bluetooth, and Sirius Satellite capable. The headliner is a custom built two piece headliner that holds the four speakers and the citizen band radio. The steering column is the 1996 column with the airbag. The interior trim side panels are custom built. The seats are 2006 Dodge style with custom cloth and simulated leather covers. The back seat lifts up and folds down. The steering wheel is wrapped in leather.
