INTERESTING / IMPORTANT VEHICLE HISTORY AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

My father purchased this 1953 MG TD roadster in Quebec, Canada in August 1963. The engine restoration was contracted out to University motors in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was completed in September 1989.The frame off body restoration was completed by RM Restoration Ltd in Chattam Ontario, in late 1990.The paintwork was completed in Calgary by British Auto Specialists.The MGTD has been completed to period correct specifications, including 60 wire spoke rims.The car comes with many rare parts, including a Lucas magneto and an Arnott long shaft supercharger, which has never been mounted.The car is painted in Woodland Green, with green interior and black carpet kit (not installed).The car was regularly driven and always stored indoors, 20,307 miles since restoration.Won best in show at Britfest Western Driver 1999.
