Auction Guidelines
- All Bidders must register and are responsible for their bidding activity.
- $1000 Cash Deposit for each car is required of successful Bidder. Vehicles will be released upon payment in full by WIRE TRANSFER, INTERAC, CASH, or ECCA APPROVED BANK DRAFT ONLY.
- Vehicles are available for prior inspection. All sales as-is and final
- Vehicle descriptions are provided by the Owner. ECCA Ltd is not responsible for any claims made.
- Buyers Premium 5% (to a maximum of $6000).
- GST applies to sales total.
