This example has essentially lived its' whole life in Alberta, mostly around the Sylvan Lake area, in fresh water. These old wooden boats often need a good soak for the wood to expand and seal leaks. This boat will need that and some refurbishment to be sea worthy. The motor turns over and is not seized.
